Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Ezra Cunningham, trading as MakeFolio.
1. Scope
This policy covers subscription fees paid for access to our SaaS product. It does not apply to third-party services, taxes, bank charges, or currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
2. Initial subscription refunds
You may be eligible for a refund of your first subscription payment if all of the following apply:
- You are a new customer (first paid subscription with us).
- You submit your request within 14 calendar days of the initial payment date.
- You provide the account email and payment details needed to locate your order.
If eligible, we will refund the amount paid for that initial subscription charge.
3. Non-refundable situations
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Requests made after the applicable 14 calendar day refund window.
- Partial use of a billing period after the refund window has passed.
- Charges resulting from failure to cancel before renewal.
- Issues caused by your own equipment, internet connection, or third-party software outside our control.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
4. Renewal payments
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may request a refund for a renewal charge within 14 calendar days of the renewal payment date.
- Requests made after 14 calendar days from renewal are non-refundable.
- Cancel before renewal through your account settings to avoid the next charge.
- If you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
5. How to request a refund

Please include:
- Your full name
- Account email address
- Date of payment
- Amount paid
- Reason for the request
- Any relevant receipt or transaction reference
We may request additional information to verify your request.
6. Decision and processing time
- We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing after approval is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us first at help@make-folio.com so we can try to resolve the issue quickly. If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend or restrict account access while the matter is reviewed.
